- If interested in property there is a $50 application fee (to check credit card and eviction history). We accept cash, money orders, credit cards, debit cards and checks (if non-sufficient there is a $50 fee for additional cost).
- Provide employment or income verification (pay stubs or if receiving government assistance an award letter). If you are self-employed, provide your previous year's tax return. If you receive social security, provide your social security statement for the previous year. Complete lease application. Photos are taken of all residents at time of lease signing. Copy of photo id is required at time of signing lease. Security deposit is required equivalent to 2 month's rent in addition to 1st month's rent to move in. Pet deposit may be required for certain properties with owner approval.

- No keys will be provided without advanced payment of rental insurance for a minimum of 3 months.
